I’ll be upgrading this blog to Wordpress 2.0, so you may encounter some errors during this period. Let’s hope this upgrade will be a success! 
EDIT: Success! Wow, the upgrade to 2.0 is just wonderful! The admin interface is so different and stylish compared to the old admin panel. If you’re using Wordpress, you have to upgrade to 2.0 to enjoy the new features because it’s worth it. I give major credit to the developers of this wonderful and magnficient blogging tool. They’ve done an outstanding job on this upgrade!
I’ve been thinking of moving to WP 2 myself. I’m just kinda worried that my plugins won’t work anymore though. Have you had any problems regarding compatibility due to the upgrade? There’s not that many people reading my blog right now anyway, so I guess the sooner the upgrade, the better.

Washi - I’ve been experimenting with different themes, but I don’t like how the other themes have butchered my images so I’ve just decided to keep this one until I find a better one. Yeah, you should definitely upgrade when you feel like it.
Problematic - Ahh, the images probably didn’t work when you visited my blog because I’ve been trying out different themes and seeing which one looks the best. I just decided to stick with this one because it’s the most uncluttered of all the themes I’ve tried, and it doesn’t alter my images in any way. I hope you can see the images now that I’ve switched back to this old theme. I guess the old saying goes, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Actually, 1.5 is perfectly fine and nothing wrong with using that version of Wordpress. I just personally like to use the latest update available because it’s something new.
Hm, i’ll wait for wp 2.0.1 or 2.1 which ever comes first before upgrading.
I don’t want to upgrade at all! LOL I am prone to do something stupid like delete my blog or turn it blank again. Haha I can’t keep on crying to Hisyam whenever something bad happens! It’s quite frequent too..:oops:

New layout is awesome! I just updated to WP2.0 and may consider checking out some of the new powered up themes once a goodly number have been released.

Hisyam - I thought about waiting to upgrade for a second, but my curiosity got the best of me and I had to see what all the hype about 2.0 was for myself. The only difference from previous versions is the new admin interface as well as the preview page — you can actually preview how your post will look with your theme, and that’s really cool.
Problematic - I completely understand! I’m like that with my computer. If there’s a problem, I’ll wait for my boyfriend to fix it in fear that I’ll permanently ruin something. My mom won’t even touch a computer because she’s afraid that she’ll break it lol.

Kabitzin - Thank you! I was thinking about waiting for the 2.0 Theme Competition to get started so that I could check out the new themes, but I’m impatient and I just wanted to get rid of my old theme. It was so old that a lot of my plugins wouldn’t even work!
KT - Thanks! Hey, I like your color scheme as well, but I looooooove red (as you can tell), and I wanted a very feminine/romantic theme since I’m a big romantic.
Ren - Thanks! I fell in love with this wallpaper as soon as I saw it, and I had to use it for my layout.
One negative outcome of upgrading to 2.0: Incompatible plugins! I’ve noticed that my preview plugin no longer works, and I have to try to find a way to get it working again. Also, my post counts aren’t working, either. That’s not really important, although it’s a neat feature. Ah well.
I added a preview button, and it works with 2.0! Yepee!

so many layout based on Pool Theme but they’re all excellent! Why is there a straight line? Is it from a bookscan?
Hisyam - There’s a straight line because whoever scanned the wallpaper must have scanned this image from a magazine or a poster that was folded. You can see the original image here. I could’ve tried to erase the line, but I was too lazy (and inept) and decided to just leave it as is.
Also, could you tell that I tried making it look as close to the K2 theme as possible? Since I can’t use K2 (due to it not liking my tables), I decided on the next best theme available.
